Larry began his real estate career in 1987 after graduating from Villanova University with a degree in Business Administration. Mentored by his father, he quickly gained deep experience in leasing, development, permitting, renovations, and portfolio management. Today, Larry leads Paragano Development’s growing footprint across SC, NC, GA, TX, and NJ, bringing decades of hands-on expertise and a commitment to responsive, relationship-driven service.
Michael is part of the third generation of the Paragano family to enter the real estate business. In 2023, he earned his Business Administration degree with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business. Now working alongside his father, Michael is building a strong foundation in property management, leasing, and development, focusing on long-term growth.
Ally Paragano is the newest addition to the Nova Management team. With an undergraduate degree in Tourism Management from the University of South Carolina, Ally studied hospitality and customer service. With almost 8 years with the Walt Disney Company in a variety of roles, she mastered the ins and outs of leadership and management in a vibrant location. More recently, Ally completed the Accelerated Master of Business Administration program at The Citadel in Charleston, SC and sought to experience the real estate market hands on. Spending two years on an aggressive sales team for national real estate sales company she learned to evaluate properties, dissect leases, negotiate between multiple parties and ultimately received numerous sales and acquisitions awards. Coming full circle, she is now working as a fourth generation entrepreneur in her current Operations Manager role, in her family’s commercial real estate business. With her diverse background, Ally brings a unique perspective to the business. Now, with her father and brother, she is continuing on the multigenerational family business and working to establish the next generation.
