Ally Paragano, MBA

Ally Paragano is the newest addition to the Nova Management team. With an undergraduate degree in Tourism Management from the University of South Carolina, Ally studied hospitality and customer service. With almost 8 years with the Walt Disney Company in a variety of roles, she mastered the ins and outs of leadership and management in a vibrant location. More recently, Ally completed the Accelerated Master of Business Administration program at The Citadel in Charleston, SC and sought to experience the real estate market hands on. Spending two years on an aggressive sales team for a national real estate sales company, she learned to evaluate the viability of commercial properties, dissect leases, negotiate between multiple parties and ultimately received numerous sales and acquisitions awards. Coming full circle, she is now working as a fourth generation entrepreneur in her current Operations Manager role, in her family’s commercial real estate business. With her diverse background, Ally brings a unique perspective to the business. Now, alongside her father and brother, she is continuing the multigenerational family business while working to establish its next generation.
