Paragano Development

Paragano Development is a family-owned real estate firm with decades of experience in construction, development, and long-term property ownership. Under the leadership of Larry Paragano Sr., the company grew from humble beginnings as immigrants to America in the 1940’s, to building custom homes to developing and managing commercial assets like Echo Plaza, The Village Shopping Center, and Paragon Village Senior Living.

Now based in the Carolinas and led by Larry Paragano Jr., the company continues to evolve. Together with his son Michael and daughter Ally, a close-knit family team, Paragano Development owns and manages a growing portfolio of retail, office, assisted living and residential properties in Charleston, Columbia, Greenville, and beyond.

Through every phase of growth, the company has remained focused on conservative reinvestment, strong relationships, and hands-on, responsive service.

Nova Management, Inc.

To support its growing portfolio, Paragano Development created Nova Management, Inc.—a dedicated operations team responsible for managing and leasing its own portfolio of Paragano-owned properties.

While Paragano focuses on long-term ownership and strategic growth, Nova handles the day-to-day—leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and on-the-ground property management. Backed by the same family values and commitment to service, Nova brings a hands-on, people-first approach to every space it manages.
